Our Story

Background

Ever since I can remember, I have loved being in the kitchen... baking, cooking, tasting delicious food that my Nanna, Grannies,Mother and Aunt had made...

Sunday roasts, Nanna's scones and vanilla sponge, Mom's cheesecakes, fresh muffins, soups and stews, Granny's pumpkin fritters and carrot stew, my Aunt's Italian dishes.... I love creating, making, baking and cooking in the kitchen, it’s a real passion.

My favourite thing, however, is Cake... From baking the first layer, to the icing and decoration, is soul satisfying, and is something I truly love to do. Each cake is a project that I cannot wait to begin. For 10 years I have baked, created and delivered amazing cakes, and with each creation my passion continues to grow.
